- Provides estimating, project coordination, and construction support services.
Purpose of the Position
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Support bid proposals and project planning activities.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
- Work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Download, review, and organize construction plans and specifications.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Develop proposals for management review.
- Assist in preparing scopes of work and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Coordinate with subcontractors and compare bids.
- Support project scheduling and coordination activities.
- Participate in internal and client meetings.
- Track project documentation, estimates, and project progress.
- Support projects through execution and completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating and/or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, scopes, and pricing.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for virtual meetings.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil estimating or related construction roles.
- Access to two reliable internet sources.
- Must use Time Doctor or similar screen-recording software if hired.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (San Francisco, California time).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with estimating software such as:
- PlanSwift
- Agtek/Gradework
- Equivalent estimating platforms
- Experience supporting civil, commercial, or public works projects.
- Familiarity with California construction practices and requirements.

- Prepare estimates and documentation accurately and on time.

- Follow through on assigned tasks and action items.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Maintain accountability and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $1,000 per month
- Full-time remote position.
Pay: From ₹65,000.00 per month
