Job Description – Procurement & Inventory Manager
Location: Grande Signature
Salary: Rs. 25000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Role Overview
Grande Signature is looking for a Procurement & Inventory Manager with experience in interior projects, modular kitchens and wardrobes. The candidate should have good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, accessories and inventory management while coordinating purchases for multiple projects and factories.
Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement for all Grande Signature projects.
Purchase materials, hardware, accessories, appliances, lighting and interior products.
Coordinate with suppliers, factories and project teams for timely deliveries.
Negotiate with vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
Maintain stock records for the warehouse and all active project sites.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits at all sites.
Ensure materials are available before production and installation.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists.
Maintain purchase orders, invoices and supplier records.
Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
Required Knowledge
Kitchen hardware and wardrobe accessories.
Blum, Grass, Hafele, Hettich, Kessebohmer, Raumplus, Rehau or similar brands.
Plywood, HDHMR, WPC, laminates, acrylic, PU, veneer, glass, ceramic and quartz.
MS Excel and inventory management.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in procurement for interior projects, modular kitchens, wardrobes or furniture manufacturing.
Strong communication, negotiation and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We are looking for candidates with Gulf experience in the Purchase Department for an interior factory.
Pay: ₹18,630.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
