We are a new preschool in Chandanagar, Hyderabad, and we are looking for caring, enthusiastic and responsible Preschool Teachers / Mother Teachers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
- Create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children's emotional, social and cognitive development.
- Manage day-to-day classroom routines and activities.
- Work closely with the classroom caregiver/ayah and other teachers.
- Maintain classroom discipline through positive and age-appropriate methods.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress.
- Follow the preschool's curriculum, processes and child-safety standards.
- Maintain appropriate classroom records and observations.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience working with preschool/early-years children preferred.
- NTT / Montessori / ECCE / B.Ed or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Warm, patient and genuinely comfortable working with young children.
- Energetic and willing to actively participate in classroom activities.
- Good classroom-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn and follow established processes.
Preschool / daycare experience will be given preference.
