Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental CAD Designer with at least 2 years of experience in designing dental restorations, including dentures, crowns, and bridges. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital dental design workflows and proficiency in 3Shape or EXOCAD software. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and high-quality dental prosthetic designs based on dentist prescriptions and scan data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design dentures, crowns, bridges, and other dental prosthetics using CAD software.
- Work with intraoral scans and model scans to create precise digital designs.
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with production and dental lab teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Modify designs based on dentist feedback or case requirements.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of cases.
- Follow digital workflow protocols for case management and file handling.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental CAD designing.
- Proficiency in 3Shape Dental System or EXOCAD.
- Experience designing crowns, bridges, and removable dentures.
- Understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple cases within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Dental Technology / Dental CAD-CAM.
- Experience working in a digital dental lab environment.
- Knowledge of implant-supported restorations is an added advantage.
