We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage shipment scanning and dispatch-related records for e-commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan shipments in our software before dispatch.
- Verify shipment IDs, tracking numbers, SKUs, quantities, and order details.
- Ensure that all shipments are correctly scanned and recorded.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, manifest, and shipment reports.
- Generate and verify marketplace manifests before handing over shipments to logistics partners.
- Identify duplicate, missing, or incorrect shipment details and report them immediately.
- Maintain proper daily records of scanned and dispatched shipments.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch teams.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all assigned work.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets will be preferred.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately with shipment and order data.
- Knowledge of Flipkart, Meesho, or Amazon seller operations will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
