- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, following recipes and creating new cocktails.
- Greet customers, take drink and food orders, recommend beverages, and address any concerns to ensure a pleasant experience
- Keep the bar area clean by washing glasses and equipment, wiping down surfaces, and restocking garnishes, ice, and supplies.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail for preparing drinks accurately and handling transactions correctly.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is often required.
