Role Overview
The Accounts Faculty Cum Academic Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day academic operations, ensuring smooth program delivery, resolving student concerns, coordinating with faculty, academic delivery and supporting institutional excellence through data-driven and process-oriented academic management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic operations, timetables, faculty sessions, assessments, and certifications.
- Handle student grievance management, ensuring quick and effective resolution through structured follow-up.
- Support academic planning, program scheduling, and resource allocation across departments.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, performance data, and reports using Excel and CRM systems.
- Assist in onboarding new students and ensuring orientation and induction programs are effectively executed.
- Coordinate between academic, placement, and operations teams for seamless delivery of student experience.
- Track student progress and escalate academic issues to the respective department heads.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, academic dashboards, and progress reports for management reviews.
- Support accreditation, audit documentation, and compliance as per institutional and regulatory standards.
- Mentor academic support staff and ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical accounting training.
- Train students using real-world accounting examples, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Provide hands-on training in accounting and ERP software.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students through accounting projects and industry-oriented tasks.
- Explain accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, GST, VAT, and related concepts clearly.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback and mentoring.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry practices and software developments.
- Support students in developing job-ready accounting and finance skills.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should have strong working knowledge of multiple accounting and ERP platforms, including:
- SAP
- Zoho Books / Zoho
- Tally / TallyPrime
- GST
- Income Tax (ITR)
- QuickBooks (QB)
- Sage 50
- VAT
- MS Excel and accounting-related applications
Knowledge of additional accounting software and ERP platforms will be an advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional/training experience is mandatory.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Excellent practical knowledge of accounting software and taxation.
- Experience in handling real-world accounting processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
- Candidates with prior experience as an Accounting Trainer, Faculty, Accountant, Finance Executive, or Accounting Professional are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as M.Com, CA, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Previous teaching/training experience will be preferred.

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
