- Manage product listings on international e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product descriptions, titles, images, and keywords.
- Monitor and manage international orders, shipments, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all platforms.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Run promotional campaigns and support digital marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and international trade requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
