Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Calling
- Make outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce Migrow Solutions services professionally.
- Identify client requirements and business challenges.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demo calls.
Follow-Up Activities
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain communication through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Update lead status in CRM regularly.
Appointment Booking
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the Migrow Solutions sales team.
- Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings.
Reporting
- Maintain daily call reports.
- Submit lead and follow-up reports.
- Track conversions and sales opportunities.
RequirementsMandatory Skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support.
- Knowledge of IT services, Websites, CRM, or Software Solutions.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business and Excel.
- Confident speaking over phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
