Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Nurse Incharge to lead our emergency department, ensuring rapid assessment, triage, and life-saving interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead triage and prioritize patient care based on severity
* Handle emergency cases (trauma, cardiac, medical emergencies)
* Supervise EMR nursing staff and shift coordination
* Ensure availability of emergency drugs and equipment
* Maintain emergency protocols and response systems
* Assist in resuscitation and critical procedures
* Ensure proper medico-legal documentation
* Coordinate with ambulance and referral services
* Conduct training for emergency response
Requirements:
* BSc Nursing
* Minimum 7-10 years emergency/critical care experience
* Strong decision-making and quick response skills
* Knowledge of triage system and emergency protocols
* BLS / ACLS certification preferred
