Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Manager – Diamond Division to lead our diamond showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the showroom team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive diamond jewellery sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Diamond Division sales team to maximize performance.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing expert guidance on diamond jewellery, certifications, and product features.
- Manage showroom operations, billing, inventory, stock movement, and display standards.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to improve business results.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, and support teams for seamless showroom operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in the Jewellery Retail Industry, preferably in the Diamond Division.
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery, diamond grading, certifications (IGI/GIA), and retail operations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about luxury retail.
- Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
