Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute production plans based on customer orders, production capacity, and delivery schedules.
- Plan and monitor Raw Materials (RM), Machine Capacity (MC), and Manpower Planning (MP) as per the production load.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and other production resources to maximize productivity.
- Establish and maintain effective drawing/document control to ensure production is carried out using the latest approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify powder coating specifications, process feasibility, and coating requirements before accepting customer orders.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth production flow.
- Plan, monitor, and control dispatches to ensure customer deliveries are completed as per committed schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while minimizing stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Monitor daily production progress and resolve planning or scheduling issues to avoid delays.
- Generate production reports, inventory reports, and dispatch status reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of powder coating processes, coating specifications, pretreatment, curing parameters, and quality requirements.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP software.
- Good analytical, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
