Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – US Travel Sales who can lead a team of travel consultants, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of travel products, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets.
· Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
· Handle client queries, escalations, and high-value bookings.
· Guide the team in preparing quotations, itineraries, and closing sales.
· Implement sales strategies to improve revenue and team performance.
· Prepare regular reports and coordinate with management and operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· 5-10 years of experience in Travel Sales or a similar role in the travel industry.
· Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
· Excellent communication and sales skills must be confident in handling clients.
· Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fare structures, and policies.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Proficient in using MS Office, emails, and travel booking tools.
