Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships in the elevator industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Promote and sell elevator solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Candidates from Elevator, Escalator, Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, HVAC, or Industrial Sales are preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹68,178.87 per month
