About the Role
ERPTREE is looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our EdTech institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, facility management, vendor coordination, and administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all administrative activities of the organization.
- Oversee office facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and administrative procedures.
- Handle asset management and maintain administrative records.
- Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and other support services.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative regulations.
- Support HR and other departments in administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports related to administration, facility management, and vendor performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Office Operations.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Education/EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
