Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Lead and manage sales activities across all company branches.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive acquisition of new clients for Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, PMS, and other financial products.
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance and ensure monthly and yearly targets are achieved.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key business partners.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide branch sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Motivate teams to achieve business goals and maintain healthy competition among branches.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers for smooth sales execution.
CRM & Operations Management
- Handle and monitor CRM activities across all branches.
- Ensure proper lead management, lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and customer data records.
- Improve customer engagement and retention through effective CRM practices.
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.
Strategy & Reporting
- Prepare branch-wise business reports and present updates to management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data.
- Develop plans to improve revenue generation and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Stock Broking / Financial Services sales.
- Prior experience in team handling and branch sales management.
- Strong understanding of stock market products and financial services.
- Experience in CRM handling and sales reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and capable of handling pressure effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing multi-branch sales operations.
- Good client network in financial markets.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Knowledge of compliance and broking operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹24,282.35 per month
