HR Executive manages daily human resources operations, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. They act as a bridge between management and staff, fostering a positive work culture, handling employee grievances, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and organizing engagement activities.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensuring adherence to labour laws (PF, ESI, etc.), maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies.
- Payroll & Benefits: Supporting payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
