- Safety, Risk Assessment, and Compliance: Understands relevant regulatory requirements, risk assessment methodologies, safety programs, and compliance standards.
- Data/Report Analysis: Understands how to analyze operational reports and take action based on findings in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Hire, train, and manage a Team of world-class Operations team members
- Monitor route efficiency and make adjustments (including coaching and disciplinary action).
- Develop team members and create a culture of excellence and longevity.
- Regularly perform duties remotely when completing field assessments of Service Pros and document assessment.
- Ensure that all incidents and near misses are reported accurately.
