Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Procurement to lead procurement operations for our
Real Estate and Construction projects. The role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor
management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of
materials and services for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects.
Develop and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
Handle tendering, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Drive cost-saving initiatives and budget control.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, QS, and Finance teams.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
