Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for induction/cupola furnaces, molding machines, sand plants, core shooters, shot blasting machines, and fettling equipment
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime
Maintain and calibrate furnace panels, transformers, and electrical control systems Utilities & Infrastructure Maintain compressors, DG sets, cooling towers, dust collection, and fume extraction systems
Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements Spares & Vendor Management
Maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts
Coordinate with stores/purchase for timely procurement Liaise with OEMs and vendors for AMCs, servicing, and major repairs Safety & Compliance
Ensure maintenance work follows safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, permit-to-work systems)
Support statutory compliance for pressure vessels, cranes, and electrical installations
Conduct risk assessments before major repair or overhaul jobs Team & Documentation
Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, fitters, and electricians Maintain equipment history, downtime logs, and MTBF/MTTR records
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and continuous improvement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
