Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and experience in backend development, REST APIs, and software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
- Design, develop, and test REST APIs.
- Review, test, debug, and troubleshoot software applications.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
- Work with Linux, Docker, and Git for development and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Prepare technical documentation when required.
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with backend development and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Basic understanding of Linux, Git, Docker, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with software testing using PyTest or similar frameworks.
- Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Eligibility
- 3–6+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
