Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience with integration of contact center solutions with existing business systems.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and optimizing contact center application performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
