Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs, employee engagement activities, and HR operations.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements and hiring updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR and workplace policies.
- Support performance management and employee lifecycle activities.
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and office maintenance teams.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, assets, and inventory.
- Handle travel bookings, courier management, and administrative documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and workplace environment.
- Support event coordination, meetings, and internal office activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR and administration roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹33,141.10 per month
