VA Kulkarni & Associates — a labour and employment law firm with over four decades of experience — is looking for an *Assistant – Compliances Management* to join our team in Pune.
If you're starting out in the world of labour law and want hands-on exposure to PF, ESIC, and MLWF compliance work, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing:
→ Handling EPFO, ESIC & MLWF registrations for new units and branches
→ Generating UAN and ESIC IP numbers, linking Aadhaar/PAN/Bank to PF accounts
→ Preparing monthly ECRs, returns, and compliance calendars for clients
→ Assisting employees with PF withdrawals, ESI medical and maternity claims
→ Maintaining statutory registers and representing clients during PF/ESI inspections
→ Keeping clients updated on the latest notifications and amendments in labour law
What we're looking for:
✔ Graduate or Diploma in Labour Law
✔ 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome!)
✔ Based in Pune, comfortable working from our Sadashiv Peth office
The details:
Location: Sadashiv Peth, Pune
Part-time (5 hours/day)
₹7,000–10,000 (CTC)
