Maintenance Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all machines are operating safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Install, commission, and test new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and service reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce equipment downtime.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Calibrate and inspect machines and measuring instruments periodically.
- Support continuous improvement activities such as TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors when required.
- Ensure proper lubrication and housekeeping of machines.
- Participate in audits related to safety, quality, and maintenance.
- Maintain utilities such as air compressors, DG sets, boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and electrical systems (as applicable).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and statutory maintenance requirements.

Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
Experience
- Junior: 1–3 years
- Engineer: 3–6 years
- Senior Engineer/Manager: 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
