Requirement:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end IT procurement operations, vendor relationships, software licensing, renewals, audit coordination, and compliance activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in software license procurement within a technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
IT Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware , software, cloud subscriptions, networking equipment, and related services.
- Handle vendor sourcing, evaluation, comparison, onboarding, and performance management.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, SLAs, payment terms, and commercial agreements with vendors to optimize cost and service quality.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and service providers.
Software License & Subscription Management
- Manage Microsoft O365 licenses, renewals, allocations, and optimization.
- Track and maintain software subscriptions, SaaS contracts, and license compliance.
- Ensure timely renewal of AMCs, support agreements, cloud subscriptions, and enterprise software contracts.
- Monitor software utilization and recommend cost-saving measures.
AMC & Contract Management
- Maintain a centralized repository for all IT contracts, warranties, licenses, and AMC agreements.
- Ensure renewals are processed before expiry to avoid business disruptions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approval workflows and budget planning.
Audit & Compliance Coordination
- Support internal and external IT audits by maintaining procurement documentation, software compliance records, and asset registers.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, procurement policies, licensing compliance, and information security standards.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams during audit and compliance reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation for ISO, SOC, GDPR, or other compliance requirements (if applicable).
IT Asset & Inventory Management
- Monitor IT asset lifecycle management including procurement, allocation, tracking, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware and software assets.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, Finance & Operations team for asset forecasting and budgeting.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, vendor evaluation reports, and renewal trackers.
- Present procurement insights and savings initiatives to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and procurement records as per company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Hardware & Software Procurement, Vendor Management, or IT Asset Management.
- Prior experience in a SaaS/Product-based company is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft O365 licensing, AMCs, cloud subscriptions, and IT procurement processes.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, software licensing models, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, and enterprise procurement.
- Familiarity with procurement tools, ERP systems, and asset management platforms.
- Knowledge of IT audit processes and compliance frameworks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
