Role Description
Title: Contracts & Invoicing Manager
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Reporting To: Head of FM, London UK
Compensation: Up to ₹24 LPA
Level: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager
Type: Individual Contributor (IC)
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management
- Monitor supplier contracts, KPIs, and SLA performance
- Support contract renegotiations & benchmarking for value-for-money
- Manage contract novations arising from acquisitions or business changes
- Drive invoice consolidation and commercial tendering activities
Budget & Financial Management
- Prepare annual contract forecasts and budget projections
- Monitor expenditure against budgets and identify variances
- Oversee invoice preparation, validation, reconciliation, and governance
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track supplier performance against contractual obligations
- Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
- Support leadership decision-making through data-driven insights
Service Delivery Improvement
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and process efficiencies
- Promote best practices across Facilities Management operations
Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- 5–10 years → Assistant / Deputy Manager level
- 10+ years → Manager-level professionals
- Core Skills:
- Contract governance, supplier management, invoicing, budgeting, procurement
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, cross-geography stakeholder management
