We’re searching for an experienced Freelance WordPress Developer to collaborate with our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of in-depth WordPress development experience, with a strong focus on logical problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize WordPress plugins to address specific project needs.
- Identify and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality and performance.
- Enhance the performance, security, and overall quality of WordPress sites.
- Work with the requirements closely to implement new features and refine existing ones.
- Optimize website code and assets to achieve optimal speed and scalability.
- Maintain high standards of code quality and adhere to best practices in WordPress development.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and WordPress updates.
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience in WordPress development.
- Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Extensive experience with developing and customizing WordPress plugins.
- Deep knowledge of WordPress architecture, hooks, and core functionality.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to enhance website performance and security.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress theme development.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.
