About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Configuration Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling system/product configuration tasks, troubleshooting configuration-related issues, and providing support to internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with configuration tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, update, and maintain system/product configurations as per requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand configuration needs and implement solutions
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records
- Provide support and guidance to customers/clients on configuration-related queries
- Ensure configurations meet quality and compliance standards
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in configuration support or technical support is a plus
- Good understanding of configuration processes and tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Language Requirements
- English – Mandatory
- Kannada – Mandatory
- Candidates must be fluent in both languages
Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/relevant configuration software)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
