- Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the window coverings, custom drapery, interior design, or home improvement retail industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of bespoke window treatments (motorized blinds, roman shades, sheer curtains, hardware, etc.) and measuring/installation techniques.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams (sales, manufacturing, and installation).
- Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience in P&L management, vendor negotiations, and inventory control.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP software, and interior design or CAD software is highly preferred.
