We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Execution & Client Coordinator to ensure smooth project execution and effective client communication. This role acts as a key link between management, internal teams, and clients, ensuring tasks are completed on time and clients stay informed throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Operations
* Track and monitor assigned tasks across departments.
* Maintain task trackers, KRA sheets, and execution reports.
* Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
* Escalate delays and bottlenecks to management.
* Prepare weekly progress and performance reports.
Client Coordination
* Provide regular project status updates to clients.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings.
* Track project deliverables and timelines.
* Follow up on pending documents and approvals.
* Maintain professional communication records.
Reporting & Documentation
* Prepare weekly execution summaries.
* Maintain organized project documentation.
* Support task management and workflow systems.
* Ensure process compliance and data discipline.
Requirements
* 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Coordination, Client Servicing, or Project Coordination.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
* Professional and client-focused attitude.
Preferred
* Experience in a service-based organization.
* Strong accountability and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
