Job Responsibilities:
- Estimation, Tendering, and Contract Management
- Contract Review and Preparation of Proposals
- Handling Extra Works, Claims, and Negotiations
- Preparation of Contract Agreements and Commercial Documents
- Quantity Take-Offs from Drawings and BOQ Analysis
- Preparation of BBS Quantities and Rate Analysis
- Tracking Variations as per GFC Drawings/Site Conditions
- Vendor/Contractor Billing Verification and Payment Certification
- Preparation of RA Bills for Client and Subcontractor
- Material Reconciliation and Cross Billing Analysis
- Site Verification and Coordination with Accounts Team
- Weekly/Monthly MIS Preparation
- Documentation and Record Maintenance
- Verification and Submission of Certified Client Bills
- Billing Support and Commercial Coordination
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Estimation and Billing
- Experience in Residential & Commercial Construction Projects
- Good understanding of Contracts and Commercial Documentation
- Proficiency in BOQ, Rate Analysis, and RA Billing
- Good coordination and communication skills
