Job Description
This role focuses on driving growth through private equity (PE) research, pipeline management and reporting, and account intelligence. The individual will play a key role in identifying inflow opportunities, delivering relevant data-driven insights, supporting deal conversion, and enabling strategic engagement with PE firms and their portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving Growth & Pipeline Management

Own end-to-end PE research and account intelligence, including tracking portfolio companies, deal activity, and executive/board-level relationships.

Monitor key PE transactions (buyouts, mergers, carve-outs, exits) across sectors and geographies.

Deliver timely, accurate, and structured insights to stakeholders, ensuring high-quality output and responsiveness to ad-hoc research requests.

Drive effective pipeline management across the PE portfolio, supported by insightful reporting and strong governance across internal teams and the broader organizational ecosystem.

Identify total addressable market (TAM) across priority PE firms and their portfolios, expand targeted coverage, and enhance opportunity conversion through pre-meeting research and competitive intelligence.

Leverage strong knowledge of AI tools, industry trends, and domain expertise to improve research outcomes.

Develop a deep understanding of the private equity landscape, including investment strategies, value creation levers, and transformation opportunities.
2. Business Reviews & Cadence Management

Drive regular business reviews and operating cadences focused on:

Pipeline health and hygiene

Inflow and Bookings tracking and discussions

Key account triggers and action planning
Key Skills required

Strong research and analytical capabilities, preferably in private equity or financial services

Understanding of PE lifecycle, deal structures, and portfolio management

Excellent data interpretation, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and timeliness of deliverables
