Consultant – Java Developer
Location: Trivandrum, India
Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Office)
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Experience: 8–12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end architecture for core banking applications.
- Develop and maintain Java-based microservices and REST APIs.
- Work with event-driven architecture using Kafka/Redpanda Connect.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and architectural standards.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, Microservices, and Redpanda Connect.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of secure coding and security compliance.
- Basic knowledge of React is an added advantage.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
