Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves counselling prospective and enrolled students, providing course guidance, and supporting them throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on academic programs, courses, and career pathways
- Assist students with admissions, enrollment, and orientation processes
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, and administration
- Address student concerns related to academics, attendance, and performance
- Support students in achieving academic and personal goals
- Participate in outreach, seminars, and promotional activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as an Academic Counsellor, Education Counsellor, or similar role
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience in admissions or student counselling
- Knowledge of education systems, courses, and career options
- Sales or lead-conversion experience (if applicable)
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
