Job Description
Solar Qube Energy is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions and support our solar sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the website.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidies.
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with customers until installation is completed.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
Skills Required
- Good communication in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- Customer handling and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
