Your Responsibilities
- Attend and manage holiday package sales calls
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information
- Maintain customer records and office documentation
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups
- Manage emails and front-office communications
What We're Looking For
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Internet
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
