Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on property trends, pricing, demand & supply
- Analyze competitor projects and market positioning
- Identify new land / project opportunities for development
- Perform site visits and collect on-ground data
- Study surrounding infrastructure (Near by project)
- Prepare feasibility reports and project analysis
- Coordinate with brokers, agents, and local contacts for insights
- Support business development team in project planning & strategy
- Maintain database of market data and property details
- Track government policies, RERA updates, and real estate regulations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
