Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain the company's residential and commercial projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the Sales Team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele-calling Real Estate.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
