Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shipment coordination, logistics tracking, MIS reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch and logistics operations.
- Coordinate shipment bookings, tracking, and delivery updates.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain shipment records, dispatch documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams regarding order dispatch timelines.
- Communicate with courier partners, transport vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Track delivery performance and resolve logistics-related issues proactively.
- Ensure smooth inventory movement and dispatch planning.
- Analyze shipment data to identify delays and improve operational efficiency.
- Confirm successful deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and shipment tracking systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office applications.
- Experience working with dispatch portals and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
