We are looking for an experienced Malabari Porotta Maker who can prepare authentic Kerala-style Malabari Porotta with the right taste, texture, layering, and softness.
The candidate should have hands-on experience making traditional Kerala porotta, especially Malabari-style porotta, and should be able to prepare it consistently in a commercial kitchen/production environment.
