Senior Career Counselor cum ManagerPlease Note: It is full time office based position with no work from home provision. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who has prior experience working as a Senior Counselor and is capable of independently managing a branch Roles and Responsibilities: ● Handle inbound & outbound calls ●Provide expert counseling to students regarding overseas education options across Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe based on their academic profiles and career aspirations. ●Address inquiries, provide status updates, prepare clients for interviews, and resolve escalated issues. ● Assess eligibility and explain processes clearly ● Maintain lead follow-ups and client records ●Oversee preparation, review, and timely submission of documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration laws, policies, and procedures for different countries (e.g. Canada, Australia, NZ, UK, Europe). ● Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets
