As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Intern who can support our hiring efforts, people operations, and internal processes while gaining hands-on experience in building and managing teams within a growing agency environment.
Role Description
The HR Intern will support the day-to-day people operations of SeeTusk Creative Agency, with a primary focus on recruitment, candidate management, onboarding, and HR process development.
This role provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to HR administration and process improvement. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how HR functions within a growing organization.
You will work closely with the leadership team and play an active role in helping build and strengthen the company's people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation to ensure smooth and timely follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding activities, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and organizational systems.
- Take ownership of assigned HR initiatives and support the broader operational needs of the team whenever required.
QualificationsRequired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior internship, volunteering, or leadership experience involving people management or coordination.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition.
