RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Document Specialist for Creative Communications team to join in Chennai
In this role you will be responsible for:

Responsible for production of corporate presentations in adherence to the prescribed brand

Responsible for electronic file maintenance and asset management
-
Digital image illustration, retouching and color correction a plus
-
Complete all assigned jobs per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner
-
Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the LGD/Project Coordinator/Client Manager for appropriate client clarification
-
Keep Admin Assistant / Client Manager / Project Coordinator proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal committed time
-
Adhere to print security and physical access procedures

Check feedback on a daily basis

Ensure process adherence at all times
Requirements for this role include:
-
1-6Yrs of experience
-
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
-
Experience in Flash will be an added advantage
-
Experience with PNG, JPEG, GIF, EPS and other image file types
-
Design sense, conceptual skills, color theory and interpersonal skills will also be needed

Ensuring timely delivery of quality output

Excellent presentation and layout skills

Flexibility and adaptability

Ability to execute projects independently
