Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Making outbound cold calls to prospective clients or following up on inbound inquiries to identify their needs.
- Pitching Products: Explaining the features, benefits, and pricing of services while following or adapting sales scripts.
- Objection Handling: Listening actively to customer concerns and providing persuasive solutions or counter-offers.
- Closing Sales: Negotiating deals, finalizing sales, and processing purchase orders.
- Database Management: Logging all calls, client details, and follow-up schedules accurately into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Relationship Building: Following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, secure renewals, or offer upsells and cross-sells.Essential Skills & Requirements
- Strong Communication: A confident, clear, and polite speaking voice with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Active Listening: Understanding client pain points to tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and remain motivated after unsuccessful calls.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
