Al Muqaddas Tours & Travels is seeking an experienced Visa Executive / Senior Visa Consultant to join our team. The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of international visa processing and documentation requirements and should have hands-on experience dealing with VFS Global, embassies, and consulates.
The role involves handling end-to-end visa processing for various destinations including the UAE (Dubai), Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, China, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and other international destinations. The candidate should be capable of advising clients on visa requirements, preparing and verifying documentation, scheduling appointments, coordinating biometric submissions, tracking applications, and ensuring compliance with all embassy and immigration regulations.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry with a strong understanding of VFS procedures, embassy submissions, visa documentation, and international travel regulations. Experience in handling Schengen, USA, UK, China, and UAE visa applications is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and online visa portals, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
Candidates with prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment will be preferred. Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply.
