Position Title: TA Manager
Location: Rohini, Delhi
Reporting To: AGM HR
Role Summary:
● We are looking for a highly execution-driven TA Manager who can drive recruitment operations with speed, structure, and data-backed decision-making.
● This role will act as the right hand to the TA Head, ensuring day-to-day hiring delivery, team productivity, and process adherence across all mandates.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Hiring Execution
● Manage multiple open roles across functions with strict adherence to timelines and quality
● Drive closures through strong sourcing, screening, and coordination
● Take ownership of critical and high-priority roles when required
2. Advanced Sourcing & Talent Mapping
● Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and alternate channels
● Ensure high-quality candidate shortlisting (not volume-based hiring)
● Continuously map talent for recurring and niche roles
3. ATS & Technology Utilization
● Ensure complete and accurate usage of ATS for all hiring activities
● Track candidate stages, maintain data hygiene, and generate reports
● Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and productivity improvement
4. Data Tracking & Reporting
● Maintain real-time trackers and dashboards for:
o Open positions
o Pipeline status
o Interview conversions
o Offer vs joining data
● Support TA Head with insight-driven reporting, not just raw data
5. Team Coordination & Productivity
● Drive daily recruiter activity and ensure target-based delivery
● Monitor individual performance and improve output quality
● Act as a bridge between TA Head and recruiters for execution alignment
6. Process Adherence & Governance
● Ensure all hiring follows defined processes and structured frameworks
● Maintain documentation, interview feedback records, and compliance
● Eliminate ad-hoc and unstructured hiring practices
7. Stakeholder & Candidate Management
● Coordinate closely with hiring managers for scheduling and feedback
● Ensure quick turnaround on interviews and decisions
● Maintain a professional and consistent candidate experience
Key Requirements
● 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong execution focus
● Proven experience in handling multiple roles and high hiring volumes
● Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
● Good understanding of data tracking, reporting, and hiring metrics
● Strong sourcing capability and candidate assessment skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Background
● Experience in Manufacturing / EV / Solar / Industrial hiring
● Exposure to structured TA environments with defined processes
● Experience working with AI tools in recruitment
Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
● Consistent closure of assigned roles within TAT
● High-quality candidate pipelines across all mandates
● Accurate and real-time ATS data management
● Improvement in interview-to-offer and offer-to-join ratios
