Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Remote B2B Telecaller to connect with corporate companies, offices, and manufacturers. In this role, you will reach out directly to Purchase Managers and Admin Heads to introduce our complete range of office solutions—including stationery, computer peripherals, housekeeping materials, safety equipment, and display boards. Your main responsibility is to collect contact details (phone numbers and email IDs), send product brochures to interested clients, schedule appointments, confirm supply orders, and report all lead information back to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Outreach: Call corporate offices, commercial setups, and manufacturing plants to speak directly with decision-makers, specifically Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, and Admin Professionals.
- Contact Data Collection: Gather complete and accurate contact details for prospective leads, including direct phone numbers, mobile numbers, and official email IDs.
- Brochure Sharing: Email official product catalogs and brochures directly to prospective clients during or immediately after the call.
- Reporting & Data Sharing: Log and share all collected details—including call logs, email addresses, phone numbers, client requirements, and follow-up statuses—with our team in a timely manner.
- Appointment & Order Generation: Pitch our full office product range (stationery, whiteboards/notice boards, computers, printer consumables, housekeeping supplies, and safety products) to secure client appointments or direct supply orders.
Compensation & Incentive Structure Milestone Payout Basis Qualified Lead / Data Shared Commission or fixed incentive per verified contact details (phone/email) gathered and brochure sent.Appointment / Order Confirmed Higher commission percentage/bonus on booked appointments or direct confirmed orders.
