Experience : 8-10 Yrs Experience in cutting tools industry
Location : Bhosari, Pune.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production target.
- Plan daily and weekly production activities and managing working
shift based on customer orders, machine capacity, and material
availability.
- Ensure smooth execution of shop-floor operations and resolve
technical bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and purchase teams
for timely completion of jobs.
- Support new product development, tool trials, process validation,
and continuous improvement activities.
- Review tooling performance and suggest design or process
changes for better output.
- Maintain control over delivery commitments, productivity, and
technical compliance.
- Guide and support shop-floor team on technical matters related to
machining and tool manufacturing.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
