We are looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and sales to join our growing Affiliate Sales team.
- Review and evaluate inbound affiliate registrations.
- Identify and acquire new affiliate partners through LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, and online research.
- Reach out to prospective affiliates via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to onboard them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and affiliate partners.
- Understand affiliate traffic sources and recommend suitable campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of affiliate interactions in CRM and Trackier.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign activation, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Follow up with inactive affiliates and drive activation.
- Monitor affiliate performance and share insights with reporting managers.
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, digital advertising, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned acquisition and activation targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements Post Graduate.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interest in Digital Sales and Affiliate Marketing.
- Basic understanding of online marketing is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.62 - ₹30,000.87 per month
